Aaron Mast serves as the Operations Manager and Commercial Lines Agent at McKinnon Insurance Agency, where he has been a dedicated member of the team since 2014. With 23 years of experience in the insurance industry, Aaron brings extensive knowledge and expertise in all lines of Property and Casualty Insurance.

Aaron began his insurance career working alongside his father, Bryan Mast and grandfather, Tom Hamsher, at his grandfather’s agency. That early experience helped shape his deep understanding of the industry and reinforced his commitment to building long-term client relationships based on trust, service, and integrity. In 2014, he transitioned to McKinnon Insurance, where he continues to focus on helping clients protect what matters most.

As a Commercial Lines Agent, Aaron’s primary responsibility is ensuring that businesses are properly covered. He understands that no two businesses are the same, and he takes pride in carefully evaluating exposures, identifying gaps, and structuring coverage that provides real protection. His goal is simple: to give business owners true peace of mind — something you can’t put a price on.

Aaron graduated from Walsh University in 2003 with a degree in Marketing, a background that enhances his strategic approach to risk management and client service.

Outside of the office, Aaron resides in Dover, Ohio, with his wife of 22 years, Diana, and their three amazing and talented sons, Jaxson, Liam, and Beckham. He is active in the community through the Tornado Club (Dover’s athletic booster club), has coached several Dover Youth sports teams, and has participated in numerous other community events. Aaron values community involvement and believes strongly in giving back to the area he is proud to call home.
