State Minimum Auto Insurance – Ohio Limits on the rise

As an FYI to our followers –

Effective December 22, 2013 (In the State of Ohio) the state minimum bodily injury and property damage auto insurance limits are being increased to $25,000/50,000 (BIPD) and $25,000 (Property Damage), respectively to comply with the passage of Ohio HB278. Uninsured and/or Underinsured Motorist coverage limits will also be subject to new minimum limits.
