Joseph “Joe” Brown joined the McKinnon Agency in February of 2026 and has quickly established himself as a valuable member of the team. From day one, Joe has brought a strong work ethic, a competitive mindset, and a genuine commitment to helping clients make confident decisions about their insurance coverage.

In his role, Joe focuses on connecting with new clients, identifying coverage gaps, and building long-term relationships rooted in trust and consistency. He takes pride in making the insurance process simple and approachable, ensuring every client understands not just their price—but their protection.

Joe’s ability to communicate clearly and follow through has already made a meaningful impact on both our agency’s growth and the experience we deliver to the families we serve.

Outside of the office, Joe is disciplined and driven. He spends much of his free time in the gym and enjoys staying active. He’s also a big fan of Marvel Studios, often keeping up with the latest releases and storylines, and enjoys unwinding with video games in his downtime.
